Nice ideas! The only thing I don't like is that some of the bars don't stretch all the way across the screen... it doesn't "click".

yeah, good idea.

The minimised windows could appear as small icons. once the mw bar is filled, it expands.

An idea I have: Having costumes for the buttons, for when they're not selected and selected, and possibly clicked.
Actually, in my projects now, I use all three. It looks nice and has a nice effect.    The problem is that it might tire your eyes, having those flashes over and over...

Anyone like the idea, though?

yeah, other wise the windows would be kinda cramped...hmmmmmmm....

I like the ideas, so then the only thing I worry about is the look. The bars shouldn't be too space-consuming, because it's rather ugly... I'd also prefer the bars to stretch from top to bottom, or otherwise be thin.

But that's just my opinion.
