For once, you are the dragon! All you can do now is chase the knight around but I would like to add fireballs, biting, trampling, etc attacks. And a host of knights on horsebacks, archers, clerics to heal them, wizards to cast spells at you, etc. I like the idea of an AI system where as they group closer, their 'confidence' goes up as well as their attack power.
