It's an Adobe icon mockup. If you have Photoshop, it's blue and says "Ps". If you have Flash, it's red and says "Fl". If it's Illustrator, it says "Il". Color varies on version; CS3 text is white, CS4 text is black.
Gershmer did one with black on blue background, you can see it on Emerald forums.
