Please give very step by step instructions.
So I got a new microphone, I don't want it to go to waste. And the quality isn't very good if directly recorded in Scratch, unless I speak really slowly. So the title says it all.

Record a sound on Audacity. Take it to a location. Save as MP3. Then "Import" on the sound section of scratch.
