microphone trouble

I have a Scratch Board (made before the picoboard, but the same thing). 1. is there any information on the Scratch Board, not the picoboard, anymore? 2. with or without the Scratch Board plugged in, when I try to use sound sensor blocks for sound, Scratch crashes.
