All I said was it was really dumb. Heck no, its not funny. Its not really ruining someone's work, but it's not mean either. Its just really, really stupid!

For restricted for 13+ sites...It depends..Does all of it have innapropriate content? Is it avoidable? Is it really THAT bad?
It doesn't matter anyways, anybody can lie about anything on the net, so age shouldn't matter, unless it's that bad.
