I deleted all of them except for 2 because I think those ones might be important.

I'm using Google Chrome, that's all I know that could be the problem.

In the wilderness, I still see people bragging about their count and saying deleting is an option. I link them here and they still deny it. Not even knowing what the Scratch Team is.
Wilderness is main site BTW. It's crazy out there.
I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos

Actually, I don't think that counts as notifications.
That counts as messages, but I think Andres meant "Please remove your notifications and messages".

Go to the above page.
It says "Messages and Notifications".
Notifications should be something like:
You have been selected for curator.
Your project has been added to the gallery: ___.
Your project has been remixed.
You have flagged something that doesn't seem inappropriate.
