Why don't they just delete themselves automatically after a certain period of time (2 months maybe?) That way, greedy people don't keep them and inactives don't keep them either.

I always delete my messages once I read them. I don't see the value of keeping them. And plus, you never know what new messages you have.

but their so fun to save up and collect sad i deleted them anyway. sadly. it was so fun to collect. now their all gone. i felt famous with three hundred notifications. now i feel like a whimsical noob. i need to delete my 300 message project, and make a 0 message project. that 300 - 400 wont greet me each time i log on... sad. indeed. very sad. good that i have the Schleich(R) cats too collect! smile but i felt i was so far in collecting notifications... they're bits, fascinating little bits that go across radiowaves. that form out numbers. first i collected those thingies that open and close milk cartains... then i collected nothing then notifications then notifications and Schleich(R) Cats and now just Schleich(R) Cats. y'know, i used to delete notifications once i read them. i don't even know why im blabbing and flapping my digital lips, making a drama of deleting all my notifications, but i am. cuz i can. cuz im an autist.

I think you should sticky this so when Scratchers come to see the Announcements, they'll see it, and learn it. I think you should sticky a lot of the important things like this announcement. I'm just telling you! smile

I always delete them. While I thought it would be fun to collect them, it just becomes a pain remembering how many you had last time. For me it is: Check notifications --> Read important stuff --> Delete all
