Gallery Policy for Acceptable Projects
1. Projects must be related to Operating Systems
2. Projects must contain 3 decent applications or 2 very complicated apps.
3. Projects must set a good example to other scratchers by:
- including good graphics
- being original
- using at least one special programming technique (eg. a fading effect or unlimited users)
4. Projects must not joke about Windows, Mac, Linux or other known Operating Systems.
5. Projects must not include too many 'Error, this file is needed' unless the file is accessible within the project (eg. by downloading it from the internet).

1. Projects must respect international policies of fair use (see wikipedia article)
2. Projects copied partially or totally from another Scratch Member must give credit
3. Projects including non-fiction text must cite the source
4. LS97 does not take any responsibility on copyright rule-breaking of projects included in the gallery "OS Projects/Developers"

Scratch can't create an OS. they call them OS's but its just a little part of what an os really is.

Correct.... An OS would use similar but different coding.
some stuff would be similar, but an os does so much more.
