how to attach to comments

Could someone kindly tell me how to attach a project to a comment? I'm a newbie and I have no idea how to.

What do you mean? Like linking to a project? Just go to your project, go to the URL bar, and copy and paste it into your comment, and post the comment.

Copy the projects web address into the comment.

When you post it, it will show up as (Link to Project)
