Great!
I knew it! Look at the percentage of Inspiration and More... that's a lot! A lot of people just use the forums for Inspiration and More, where they use it as a 'chatroom'... and the Text-Based Games! It has more posts than Inspiration and More! (whatever emoticon goes here, or
)

I shall now explain it!
*draws moustache in marker*
The results shall now go from least to greatest!
FAQ: Only moderators can post. Because of that, it's often neglected.
Other languages: The majority of Scratch users speak English, and that's why there aren't many other posts.
Announcements: Not too many things happen in a month (one or two). Most of the threads are closed, and some are only for special purposes.
New Scratch Members: This is mainly used for new members, which eventually are not new. Some of the posts come from helpful users, however.
Advanced Topics: Not many threads are that advanced, which limits the amount of available topics - and anyway, not too many Scratch users like to dive into that stuff.
Troubleshooting: There are lots of things to talk about, and it's not a boring forum. That makes many users post and discuss their problems.
Suggestions: Lots of users want new features. That's why it has a lot of posts!
All about Scratch: Note the words "All about". There's a lot of Scratch, and those threads are talkative, which urges users to post.
Inspiration and More: Lots and lots of threads (every day has at least one point in time where every thread on the first page has been recently posted in), which means lots and lots of posts. Also a favorite forum for many.
Show and Tell: Everyone craves popularity. Although the threads are barely posted in, there are many of them - enough that the first two or so pages are active in some point during the day. It also has the most threads per forum, by far.
Archived: A majority of this is from the Text-Based-Games. Games are addicting and fun, which explains the large post count - it actually has a surprisingly low amount of pages. The other posts come from stuff about Scratch Day and such; which bump up the percentage slightly.
Yay! All explained.

Nice to know! Only when I read chrischb's post did I recognize that the archived forums included tbh forums, because before I was confused.
