People need the scratch team's email in order to report BIG problems!!
If one Scratch team member were to come and examine a buggy scratch program, he/she could fix it for all of us!!
All I'm saying, is that a scratch team member goes to a plain "member"'s house,
looks at the system, and creates a way to fix everyone's scratch program who has a problem like the one diagnosed.
But to have such a meet, email correspondence would be required!

I doubt this could/would be done anyway
While it could help, many Scratcher's are global so travelling around would become a problem. And besides, what would a parent say about a stranger turning up and examining a computer inside their household?
The Scratch Team could easily recreate the bug on one of their own computers to fix it from there anyway.

I meant with permission of a parental guardian...
And anyway, a specific bug would have to be looked at! If someone could just re create it, than why do we still own bugs!!!! >_<
