Did you ever heard about the *cough cough* fine *cough cough* internet provider of TalkTalk? I did. We even ordered their broadband.
Three weeks we waited until a BT guy got our phone working, but... It was 19th of October. And the internet will be connected around... Listen, listen... 24th of Nov! Yes, that's right! 24th of November!
I won't swear here, but I think you can imagine how I feel about them.
