Camera blocks
i have recently had an idea that scratch should make more use of the webcam function. Within a month of thinking this, I have seen my new freind Sparks launch a new project about this. Will the Sun Microsystems Java team please have a look at it:

These are really good ideas, but I'm not sure if you will be able to get them to look at it. And even if they did, they don't program scratch. Some people from the Scratch Team do.
