A question about downloading Scratch

I've had 1.2.1 since 08, and I have a question about upgrading to 1.4. When I download it, will it replace 1.2.1, or will I have do delete it?

Re: A question about downloading Scratch

I'm pretty sure you will have to delete Scratch 1.2.1 after you download Scratch 1.4.

I'm graduating HS this April and going to college in the Fall.

I need a 100% answer, not a "i'm pretty sure"

Re: A question about downloading Scratch

I think it'll just replace it, and it shouldn't delete the projects you've made that are in the projects folder, but I'd copy them and put them in a folder somewhere else just in case.

Re: A question about downloading Scratch

When I downloaded and installed Scratch 1.21 (I had 1.4 already, I was just testing a thing)
It replaced 1.4, but then I just re-installed it...

Re: A question about downloading Scratch

I downloaded 1.4 after I had 1.3, it did not replace 1.3 and I still have that version.
