But one of my guides is in an ITopic, and it got closed... I wanted to edit it, but I had to ask for it to be opened first. 

It might have closed itself before becoming an ITopic...

What are ITopics? Are they pronounced the same as iPods, or 'it' Topics?

So wait, what does adding ITopic to the title do? Is it just so the Moderator or Administrator that runs around banning 2 week old topics knows what to close and what not to close? I thought that it was actually a program that did that. It most likely is a program. So does that mean the program skips topics with the words ITopic in them? If so, then if someone made a topic with ITopic in the title, they could cheat the system, correct?
