But I don't believe the Scratch Team will decide on purely the votes alone. Good character, a willingness to help out with monitoring TBGs, and perhaps the ability to encourgae creativity in TBGs will probably play a role in the Team's decision.

What's annoying is that people tend to like to vote for the celebrities, or Text-Based Games addicts. Sure, you want to be a moderator who likes the Text-Based Games, but just being an addict doesn't mean that you're going to be a good moderator. And people just love the celebrities...

The Scratch Team is bound to just use the voting results as a guidleline; they probably just want to get a rough idea of what the people think.

I wonder how many of the people actually would moderate (check as many topics as possible and read through them, instead of just edit anything that they come across as they play).

I got that message... Looks like we are the moderators.

Congratulations, nikkiperson2 and The-Whiz! You will (most likely) be our new TBG moderator! However, I guess you have to confirm that with andresmh.
