I'm trying to access Selectricity, but I can't. My browser keeps getting the time-out error, and I tried about twenty times now. Is the proxy misconfigured?

Don't be too hard on yourself. I never got to be an actual moderator, but I did have experience when I moderated a TBG in the Lounge on iCompositions, called "Afternoon Scrabble". Anyway, that's beside the point. The point is you, me, and everyone running for TBG moderator tries, and they can expect a small chance of losing. 
Everyone has a fair chance of winning. Not that everyone running wants to lose, but they (maybe?) will not feel sorrowful if they lose.

It seems the problem is a proxy error. Are you seeing this?
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /quickvote/tbgelection/results.
Reason: Error reading from remote server

Finally, I got in. The full results of this election ranked the candidates in order of preference (from most preferred to least preferred) out of thirteen voters at 14:43 EDST (Eastern Daylight Savings Time) on Sunday, October 25th, 2009:

Hmm, he's not in the results OR the candidate list. Maybe it's a bug in Selectricity?
EDIT: Ah, it looks like the weakest link gets dropped after several votes (see this for details), but how could The-Whiz get dropped?

Not to cause a full-out argument, but I think it doesn't matter what country you live in. Plus, I checked both my browsers, Firefox 3.5 and IE8. Same results, and same as my last post.
