Re: The Pokémon Center: Tournaments, Trades, and Battles

What Pokemon do people here think has had the most impact on Competitive battling?

In my opinion, it's Blissey. It's been a top contender since 2nd Gen, and it's become the standard against which all defensive Pokemon are measured. It's also one of the Pokemon people usually make sure they have a definite counter for in their party.

I'd say Scizor, it was funny watching how he rose to popularity when Platinum came out.

I like Scizor, but I think he's overrated. He has had a big impact on the metagame though.

I think that Garchomp did well until they made him an Uber. Blissey made a good impact as well. I think Skymoray has been on alot of teams too.

FMT, my ditto is Modest.  big_smile  No luck there.

Re: The Pokémon Center: Tournaments, Trades, and Battles

Try training a crobat with toxic.
FMT, I don't have a Jirachi.
Also, I dislike how the GTC olny lets you trade pokemon that you have seen before. Makes it annoying to get new ones.

I have nightmares about Blisseys stalling me out in competitive battles. I hate anything defensive tbh, it's not fun to use and is terribly difficult to kill. Defense/stall is great if you want to win though (and have a lot of patience).

I wasn't being entirely serious.

I just hate Blissey.

Okay, FMT...This is really getting on my nerves. I have hatch 30 Freakin beldums and not one has been impish. And unfortuantly, they don't seem to like breeding, so I am only hatching around three at a time. So, I may not be able to get it to you today. I am trying though.

That's fine, just keep trying.

It took me FREAKING 2 WEEKS to get an Adamant Nature Larvitar.

Re: The Pokémon Center: Tournaments, Trades, and Battles

I traded a Blissey for someone's Groudon... XD

I told him how to EV train it to have massive defense + HP. I also now have an Aron and a lot of Eevees.

Here's my (probably never-in-a-million-years) proposed trade - Milotic (I can EV train it for whatever stat you like) for a Bagon.

Re: The Pokémon Center: Tournaments, Trades, and Battles

I'll trade. U care about the nature? I would like the milotic ev'd in D 252, sd 56, S 12, 84 hp, and 106 sa. What level would it be? If possible I would like it to know surf, ice beam, recover, and hidden power if it's type advantage to grass or electric and has good power (over 65).
