I would use a 3rd party program, such as BB Flashback (click here). It allows for voiceovers, and webcam input. I use it myself and am quite pleased with it. But I agree, it would be nice to have such a feature.

I use this, ( http://camstudio.org/ ) it's really useful for recording items and stuff. Only recorded I'd use until I find a better one. ( That doesn't make sense )

I have heard much talk of a video exporting program...
One possible way is to parse the scripts, extract the images, and export to SMIL.
How does that sound?
