Scratch 3.0
I was wondering whether Scratch 3.0 will ever come out, and what everyone thinks will be in it. Programming will probably have progressed after 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8 and 2.9. So, post what you predict will be in Scratch 3.0.
*Note: This is not what you want for Scratch 1.5, this is looking far ahead into the future, and guessing what will be there.*

Possibly some decent bone and joint tools for animating
An "If STOP clicked" block
"Say Nothing" will be re-added (hopefully)
an "color [] is touching color [] of [sprite]" block
And you'll probably be able to set the layer the pen and stamps go to
