We already have a translation of the Scratch application and the Scratch website into Russian.

The Russian translation of the website is already live, you can see it by clicking on the 'Language' bar in the top right of scratch.mit.edu.
The Russian translation of the Scratch application is not yet completed tested, and will become available for download in the coming months.

Would you like to translate any of the other Scratch materials, like the Getting Started Guide or the Scratch Cards?

Hi royscratch, RTL languages are not supported in the current version 1.2.1 of Scratch, but the Scratch team said that they will be supported in (one of) the next version(s).

i would be glad to translate, but i only know english. 
i do know a little bit of spanish if you need it.

While I downloaded the program for my 7 year-old, I came accross this translation page.

Have you got a Spanish tranlator/translation already?
