Glitch! Big time!
I start scratch. and add a broadcast block. I select the drop down menu and select "NEW" I add a Start broadcast and then a End. and I check the menu. THERE WAS ONLY 1 WHEN THERE SHOULD HE BEEN 2! it seems it keeps replacing the last broadcast I entered. HELP ME!!!

This should be in troubleshooting 
However,
If you create a broadcast but then click elsewhere without leaving the block in a sprite's scripts then it deletes itself.
Eg: New: "Hello" but then I don't use that. It gets deleted.
Try dragging two seperate broadcast blocks onto a sprite and then adding "Start" in one of them and "end" in the other
