Por que você se está incomodando ir a um tradutor quando você poderia apenas destacar o texto e o começ sobre com? (Portuguese) Why are you bothering to go to a translator when you you could just highlight the text and get it over with?

That's swedish (hej means hi)

NUQNEH, in Klingon, but actually there isn't really a word for hello in klingon you just use NUQNEH as a greeting phrase which means like "what do you want"
