Actually, becoming a Scratcher requires both activity on the main site and the forums (so it includes activities such as posting on projects, commenting on other people's projects, making posts in the forums, etc.). If a person is active on the main site only but not the forums, the "New Scratcher" status still remains; the same goes for those who constantly post in the forums but are not active on the main site.
However, you don't necessarily need 25 posts to get the title of "Scratcher". It's possible to become a Scratcher with less than 25 posts.

okay okay, so maybe i may not be considered a "scratcher"
but i have had a siggy before, and it worked, and i tried to change it one day, and it said im not a scratcher, but if i already have been, then, uuuuhhh, [removed]!!!!

Looks like you've been very active on the main site. I expect if you make a few more helpful posts on the forums, you'll become a full scratcher before too long.

i'm normal scratcher on these forums but on tbg forums i'm new BUT i can edit and delete my posts BUT i can't have a sig, what gives?
I know I'm eventually going to get banned, but I'm going to ride out on a endless, shining wave of logic.

How do you prepare for what you want your signature to be?

Go to the top of the forums page and click "profile."
Click "personality"
and type in your sig in the white box
.
