Entering in a description of a comment that you flag.

When you flag a project or forum post, you are asked to type in a description. But for comments, you don't.

Normally you wouldn't need this, but in code projects, someone might encode some swear words. If the Scratch Geam didn't pay close attention, they would think it's just spam. Anyway, one time I flagged a comment on my code project, and it disappeared. Just mentioning.
