I'm unsure whether this is a glitch. There was one a few days ago that turned out to be trying to link to a none existent website.

Edit: That's the one. Nice educational also produces blue text or a broken link.
Edit again: I actually just found out that it seems to do this with anything with either the word education or educational in the comment.

The word or stupid gobbledigoop before it and the word education/educational change.

Eg: abcdefg education
Eg: Pie educational

It seems to only work with a word before it. Why Scratch tries to create these none existent links I don't know.

Just pointing out 

I think the Scratch team are aware of this as Andres was testing this in a comment on this project
