Under construction: City Builder V.0.1.0

Yup! That is the name of the new project i am about to release 
At the moment it has ONE sider bar containing the buildings menu, and a green background to construct your buildings!
It is in an experimental condition and may vary, before its launch time.
I've added burnt and damaged buildings to the sidebar too!
