And yes, that is indeed a weird glitch. I wonder if the blue color is reminiscent of an old trigger for something.

I posted this in a reply but i'll say it here too
It looks like Scratch thinks it's a link of some sort. If you right click it it gives you the option to bookmark link or copy link location. Why this is I don't know

I think the Scratch team are already aware of this now.
On Andres meat Andresmh project he says "just tesing the word education" in a comment
It seemes to happen to any comment with a word and then education.
Eg: Hello education
