I think this is the next thing Scratch should do. Just imagine your making a game where you breed animals but you have make pre-create every sprite and so you have a limit to how many animals you can have in the game, but if you had the ability to spawn sprites you could create a sprite during the game for example when a animal is giving birth you could just use a block that said (spawn [bat]) or (spawn [cow]) or when a gun is firing (spawn [bullet]) ect. Then when the bullet hits a wall or an animal dies you could just use a (kill [bullet 3]) or (kill [cow 5]) ect. Which would delete the sprite during the game. There are many programming languages with this ability and I think it would be a major improvement to Scratch.
