I accidently flagged a comment on one of my projects. Nothing bad will happen to my account right?

No. I think an administrator said something like "Accidents happen, so nothing will happen to your account."

I accidentally did that once and nothing happened, so I doubt anything would happen to your account unless you did it on purpose or did it repeatedly, which I don't think you did, so you'll be fine.

Yes, I understand my comment is not NEARLY as credible as The-Whiz's, but hey...
