If I'm correct, that's Shuca?
@fbboi999: I've known that for a long time. So do djm111, Staraptor, TheSaint(I Think), and even archmage, not to mention a few more people.

Yep, I've known about that since at least a few years ago. I just get sick of all the "I hav levil 100 pokemonz! you cant win!" posts and it's hard to judge how experienced a group of players might be. I wasn't trying to sound arrogant to anyone who actually knows how to play.

Yep, America makes some mighty fine players, and we also make some * fine cheese....

fbboi999, I would be more than willing to battle you.
My level 100's are EV trained, with advantageous natures and movesets. I don't use standard competitive movesets though, and my team is awkward to say the least (Using UU's in UBer, etc)
@08jackt: Infernape can learn Grass Knot for a water gym. While you're still going through the main storyline, I would advise sticking to one pokemon and leveling it up to a really high level. One level 75 will get through the league easier than 3 level 50's. You don't need to concentrate on getting a diverse team until you're going into multiplayer etc.
@deatheater. Proteins and Irons don't raise a pokemon's stats by a specific amount. They raise the EV of the stat they specify by 10 each. Thats why at low levels they will seem to be doing nothing at all. And, assuming you haven't already got any EV's through battle, you can use up to 51 Irons, Proteins etc. altogether.
What item they're holding is an important factor in battle, but berries are only really useful for specific circumstances, e.g. A Salac Berry on a Belly Drum CHarizard. Most of the time Choice Items, Life Orbs or leftovers are the preferred option.

I don't really play anymore though... Not on wifi at least. I occasionally play on a simulator called Shoddy Battle.

ok, it's not a matter of whether they will get through the league easier, it's a matter of how much endurance they have, if they have low pp moves then they're going to run out of pp before the end, which is not good, I had a lvl 70ish and a level 50 and they both ran out of pp before the end of the league

Ooops. I tried getting a diverse team, but my Staraptor kept leveling ahead of my Torterra... it is now Level 60 and my Torterra is only level 42!
Here's my team. Any tips?
Level 60 Staraptor (naive)
Defog
Close Combat
Aerial Ace
Fly
Level 47 Giratina (bold)
Ominous Wind
AncienctPower
Dragon Claw
Shadow Force
Level 42 Torterra (serious)
Earthquake
Rock Climb
Mega Drain
Rock Smash
Level 38 Roselia (jolly)
Giga Drain
Cut
Grass Knot
Toxic
Level 35 Rotom (docile)
ThunderShock
Ominous Wind
Uproar
Shock Wave
Level 20 Marill (jolly) (he's in my team because he knows Surf)
Surf
Water Gun
Strength
BubbleBeam
I know I have a bit of a problem when it comes to fire-types... I have a Flareon in my Box, though.

Thats why you learn to use berries and ethers.
@08Jackt: I think you can now go fight either the Water or Fighting gym.
@Big-Bang - Get rid of HM moves on any pokemon you're planning to use plenty for fighting. You can get a Geodude to learn Rock Smash etc. Also, use a Dawn Stone (I think thats the right stone) to evolve Roselia.

I use Fly plenty in battle, though. But Defog is just a waste of space.
I'm fighting Sunnyshore Gym - I think I can get through it with my Torterra (because it's partially Ground).

Fly and Surf are the only HM's particularly useful for battle. But you don't want stuff like Rock Smash or Defog.
Seens as you have Fly, I would replace your Staraptor's Aerial Ace for something. The only move I can think to replace it with off the top of my head would be Heat Wave though, and you cant get that until the move tutor in the Survival Area.

I went through the entire game with just two pokemon: Infernape and Garchomp. I now have a Garchomp, Infernape and Swampert.

Garchomp is an awkward pokemon. It's too overpowered to use in OU play, but it's too weak to use in Uber (Eclipsed by the likes of Rayquaza and Dialga). It's abnormal strength didnt work out too well where competitive battling is concerned.

Maybe they should make another borderline tier.
Also, I heard that Crobat got out of BL.

I find that Crobat's only particular use is as an extremely fast sleep inducer. Personally though, I HATE Hypnosis because of the accuracy. Spore is a perfect sleep move, but there are no good pokemon which can learn it.
Imagine giving Celebi or Skymin Spore and what damage they could do.

Yeah, the only two pokemon that can learn spore that I know of the top of my head are Breloom and Parasect.
And by getting out of BL, I meant he went to UU, not OU.

I used my cousin's R4 version. I literally have the best team ever.
Lvl 100 Garchomp
Lvl 100 Infernape
Lvl 100 Luxoray
Lvl 100 Golduck
Lvl 100 Golem
Lvl 100 Staraptor
Try and name something to beat that!

Any OU team with a garchomp/infernape counter beats that... Luxrat/Golduck/Golem/Staraptor are UU or worse, meaning that OUs statistically outclass them...
And Garchomp's outclassed in ubers, so... He can be beat if you were forced to use this in an Ubers environment.
Too lazy to actually post a team to counter it...

A Foretress or Rotom appliances would be agood counter for that team.

What types are they? I'm too lazy to check.
And fbboi999, srry, but what's UU and OU? Anyways, I didn't mean any legendaries or anything.

UU and OU are tiers. UU = underused, generally bad stats, ability, or movepool. OU = overused = standard tier, strong pokemon, good movepools, not "broken" to the point where they are banned to the "Uber" tier.

Also, BL=Borderline. These pokemon are too good for UU, but cannot be classified as OU because of poor stats or a mediocre movepool. Raikou, Abomasnow, Crobat, and Staraptor fall into this tier.
NU=Never Used. These include frail pokemon with terrible stats and poor movepools, not to mentions many weaknesses. Pokemon like Beautifly and Furret are placed here.
