There isn't a market place, and I don't think you can hire 10 year olds (Scratch is oriented to children) to "do some work" for you.
At least you aren't the guy who just comes and spams links to the website.

I can do some freelance work in scratch if needed. If you want to hire some freelance coders that use other languages search elsewhere.

Is there a market place in scratch?
The Scratch forums are for discussions about Scratch projects and Scratch-related topics only. There is no place in the forums for posting links related to job hiring or commercial websites. Commercial links are usually removed. People who spam the forums with commercial links with no interest in Scratch are usually banned from the forums.
