www.webs.com, the best free website maker around, 20 bucks a year if you want a domain name without webs in it but otherwise it will be www.yourdomain.webs.com

http://t35.com It's good but you have to select the template in the cPanel.

well I SEE YOUR PROBLEM
you didnt picka template, to see a webs website with a template check out my best one www.dg-games.webs.com, its SUPER EASY to use all you did wrong was not choose a template and i dont see how that happened its right at the beginning. well it doesnt matter just give it a template now.
