my BBcode doesn't work

i have tried using my BBcode recently but it doesn't work like before

the BBcode that is like "Pac Man" and the one that is like "http://blablabla"i have tried using them lately but they don't work.that is only on forums.everwhere else i try them on the scratch website they work but not on forums.Thank you
