Should I join a Scratch company or should I make one?

JOIN MINE no actually don't wait nevermind unless I think you are good enough by looking at your projects but if nobody else accepts you, then make your own okay?

I've got pretty much nothing to do nowadays. What would you do in a Scratch Company? I have some business and managerial experience.
