A Scratch tutorial using moe anime.
Here is a new Scratch tutorial on a popular Japanese web mag for software engineer.
A programing lecture for non-programmers

This tutorial is written in Japanese. But some scratchers who like Japanese anime or manga may be interested in it. Because a moe anime character named IT-chan is used in examples.

Whats moe? I've seen that word like a bunch of times on airgear and this comic I was reading
