He Who Has No Username!
There is a user that has no username. He has commented on Andres's project: "Weekend".
I just figured out how to acces his profile page!

It's actually just a default profile. Same with the comment, it was made by someone whose account was deleted.
Too bad, it would be cool if you could log in as a blank profile. 
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

His account has probably been named " " or "". Or something like that.
Have you ever tried naming a variable or broadcast " "?

Ah ha! I figured out his username. It's " ".
Have you ever noticed that whenever you download a Scratch project (saving it), the spaces in the name of the project become '%20'? And his profile is http://scratch.mit.edu/users/%20 ...

You know, a post mentioning this user was made 2007-08. I've known about this for a while, but still it's creepy.

Has the person ever used the forums? If so, we could see when he joined. And if you're talking about me, I joined in 2008-07, not 2007-08. I just never noticed the forums for about a year.

Hate to disappoint you all, but it isn't an actual user. Usernames have to be at least 3 characters long before you can register, and they can't have spaces. If it was a real user, he'd have to have hacked the website somehow to make it.
It's true that this is just a blank template for the profile. There was already a topic on this and I remember a mod explaining it. I can't remember the whole thing but that was how I remember it. When you see that "blank user", that means the person was permabanned or had their account deleted, so no information is kept except the comment.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
