Snow Leopard and 64 bit Support??

Apple has just released Snow Leopard and they have made a lot of applications 64 bit making them faster and much more stable. I was wondering if the Scratch team will recode Scratch making it 64 bit???

If they made it 64-bit, then it wouldn't support 32-bit operating systems.
