accidental links!

this is really wierd! so, say we have a project by a user called, say, examplePerson, and someone comments on it. the comment is this- "this could use some work.for example..."
and theres more to it, but  i cut you off because theres no more stuff relevant to this forum topic. since the commenter forgot to put a space in-between the period and the "for", when examplePerson sees it, the "work.for" is a link, to a non-existant project whose url is "http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/examplePerson/work.for". why does this happen?

Re: accidental links!

I'm pretty sure I saw Andresmh respond to one of these reports meaning that the development team is aware of this issue.  Hopefully it will be fixed soon  smile

Re: accidental links!

The problem with a lot of people is that they don't post things with good grammar. Only I, a few other Scratchers, and the Scratch Team (why do they always have good grammar?) seem to bother.  sad

Dream-Caster used to get this problem since he doesn't add a space after the dot. But I don't see any of these glitches anymore.

Scratch Team, why do you always post with good grammar? Keep it that way.
