ScratchApplet and block timing

So, I recently uploaded The Stopp, which was perfectly synchronized with O Fortuna in Scratch, but it's not in ScratchApplet (the online player). Why delay between block execution in ScratchApplet is bigger than Scratch (normal mode)?

Converting my Scratch projects to Python!

ah, just tell people to download it. theres no way to avoid it.
