Project not overwriting

I thought that when you upload a project that has the same name as another one, it overwrites it, that is what has happened before. But look at these two projects:
Project 1
Project 2
They have exactly the same name, and they are the exact same project, but they are two separate ones, why is this?

I had the exact same problem years ago. It's because of the apostrophe, or at least I'm pretty sure it is. I had a project called slip n' slide, on my account infinex, with a major glitch on it. I fixed it, and then shared it again. But it was a new project. Now, the second project completely disappeared, I'm not sure why...
