Okay, I think no one has ever mentioned this so I'm going to post:
Every time I make a project that involves variables in large readout, when I upload it, it goes into normal mode and are not where they are supposed to be!
Take my Xenotype Project for example: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/fg123/663017
After you login, look at the variables; download, and look at the variables again. When I made it, the time and login variables are both in large readout and on the taskbar. Please if the scratch team could fix it.
Thanks,
fg123.

In order for scratch to remember where they are and what they look like, all variables must be showing when you save the project.
For examples of this, look at my gallery. My homework help projects all work this way.

The variables in some of my games are the same way... I don't want them to show right away.
In this case, I have them showing, but I cover them up with a startup screen. Then, in the green flag scripts, I hide the variables that I don't want showing right away.
