Uh.. Mt. Coronet is basically the Spear Pillar stage. Here's a better idea.
Distortion World
Gravity is very light here, and some of the many floating platforms have different gravity feilds. Giratina sometimes come and uses Shadow Force on a part of the stage, and anyone who touches it gets instantly KOed.
Also, the Lake Trio sometimes appears and affects a part of the stage in a different way.
Uxie: Reverts part of the stage to what it was 10 seconds ago.
Azelf: People in the area cannot attack for 10 seconds.
Mespirit: Peope in the area cannot jump for 10 seconds.

Flopside for stages!
Also for assist trophies, Epona would be cool. Just imagine a horse riding across the stage, knocking everyone out of it's way!
