Yes. Shaymin's sky forme, rotom's other forms and Giratinas origin form are the only things which cant be used on wifi.

Re: General Pokemon Thread.

How about we share competetive movesets? Here's a great sub-punch gengar set:

Gengar@expert belt
Hasty nature
100 ATK, 156 Sp. ATK, 252 SPE
-Hypnosis
-Focus Punch
-Substitute(doy)
-Shadow ball

First set hypnosis, then pull up a substitute, and then wreak havoc with Shadow Ball and Focus Punch. Thanks to their typing, gengar's two attacking moves hit every type with at least neutral damage.

Re: General Pokemon Thread.

I generally don't use the premade sets, I make my own because I find they work better and are harder to counter.

No, never.  tongue

And at djm111: I only have three premade sets on my team and everything else I made from scratch. I know, all sets made from scratch is much harder to counter, but they're really hard to make in the first place.

I try to mix and match to make my team fit together. I use a lot of UU in OU, and even in Ubers. It's worked well so far.
@Mozaz: Well, yeah, but there's so much involved in the training and so much to consider to be able to beat another persons team which theyve put as much effort into as you.

I have four OUs (only one is what is extremely high OU) and two UU's(with my fave poke too!) I also have counters for basically everything, except maybe a few things like (-----) or (-----).
By ubers do you mean just legends generally, people like garchomp and wobbuffet, or really Uber (deoxys, mewtwo, etc.)

Everything in Uber's. I personally just like no restrictions on anything games, more freedom, obviously.

Teach rapid spin to a male Squirtle/Wartortle/Blastoise to learn Rapid Spin. Breed it with a female Kabuto/Kabutops until you get a male Kabuto. Breed that with a female Shellder/Cloyster, and done.

I'm usually against Ubers, but whatever.

You could get a kabuto fossil underground and for squirtle, maybe someone could trade that to you.

Pokemon is so confusing. How are you supposed to know all the names? It would give me a headache if I had to memorize all of the names.

Re: General Pokemon Thread.

I don't think many people ever get to the point of being able to name every pokemon off by heart. However, after playing it a while you get to the point where you can name them all when you see them, and some people (I can) can tell you every pokemons different types etc.

Not only that, I can name all their evos, generations, and abilities.

I can also distinguish them from their sounds.

Moving on... Let's talk about the twelfth movie! SUPER SPOILER, highlight to read:Pikachu "dies"
