Moderator Summary:
When you download a project, change the scripts, and then upload the project, it is automatically tagged by the Scratch software as a remix.
I've seen a lot of people making remixes of other's projects-but I don't know how to do that! I want to give people credit if I use something from one of their projects-as in their avatar and a link to their project...but I have no idea how.

Just download some one else's project change it then upload it. The site will credit the original creator and the project will be listed as a remix of the original project.

to add mp3s, if you have a iPod and a iFish or iDog or so, use the wire from the idog or fish or anything. connect it into your headphone jack.then, press record on scratch and start the song(s). Have fun !

Yeah, then in the Scratch you need to import the music file by finding your iTunes library.

Remixing is always great. But please, don't download a project, not change it, and uplod it. I hate it when people do that.

Click on the download thing on the righthand corner, and when it asks to save or open it, click "Open", and after a few seconds, it will go to Scratch and you can make your remix! I'm more detailed that other people's post! Hope it helps!
