Problem With Text Editor

I am trying to delete something in the Scratch text editor and it deletes the letters before that I want to delete.

Maybe you have Overstrike turned on for your keyboard?  Look for a key marked "insert" and try pushing that and see if it changes the behavior.

By the way, what is the Scratch Text Editor?  Are you talking about the area where you put in Project Notes?
