The Curator is Back!

At long last, the curator is back. What happened?

Are they still doing curators? I thought they took that off.

I did like the curator idea. It was kind of like surprise projects, but looking at the curated projects was much different. It accually got on the front page, and curated projects also showed the tastes of the scratch community.

But why did they go missing? Just a glitch, according to gettysburg11, who answered Nikki's question.

Yes, they're still doing it. It was only gone because of a glitch.

Can't wait to see what forest chooses next.

Also, Paddle2See said that somewhere, and I read it, so you may want to change it to say that as well.

You know, out of all the Scratch magazines and newspapers being advertised, this one I enjoyed the most.

The only issue I have with this is that the posts can become incredibly long. It would be nicer if the paper can be hosted on a website (say, maybe a web page for each issue that comes out?) with blog capabilities so people can comment back.  smile

Other than that, awesome job well done.  big_smile

Iamrpk, making a website is a great idea! You could put really short sample articles in the forum post and then make a link Read More Directing to the website or forum.  The-Whiz is offering to make one, and the news writers, cartoonists, and story writers can be moderators for the scratch news website!

Since the website will be up by tomorrow i'll write a news article about it!
wink

Re: The Scratcher Newspaper (home)

The idea of a newspaper is wonderful. I really hope you continue on this effort and wish you the best. I personally think that trying to keep the team smallish and include a diverse range of topics that are appealing to good number of Scratch could help a lot.
