The list of jobs are:

Warrior - You work at the battle arena and gain 5 Battling but loose 5 Stealth.
Blacksmith - You work at the market and gain 5 Building.
Salesperson - You work at the market and get 5 extra intelligence but loose 5 Battling.
Thief - You work anywhere and get 5 extra stealth but in "Good or Bad" you are Bad.

Once you fill out your personal info, fill out your skills. You have 100 points to fill out these:

Stealth
Building
Battling
Intelligence

The list of pets are:

Dragon - Very High attack, can fly, gain 5 battling.
Cat - High attack on small enemies, can help you steal, gain 5 stealth.
Dog - High attack, extra damage on cats, gain 5 intelligence.

NOTE: Pets have 50 points to fill out their skills.

Bio: Nirto was raised by dragons when he was abandoned at 5 months old. When he was 13 years old, he was following his herd, when an enemy tribe of dragons attacked! He saw that a baby dragon has been dropped! It was from his tribe, so he picked it up and hid behind a rock. When he came out, all of the dragons were gone, except for the baby dragon he saved. He named the dragon Jim. And him and Jim have been in the battle arena ever since. Oh, and one last thing: Nitro can talk to dragons.
