Anyways, going with what Paddle2See said, I would have to say (even though they're my in real life friends, lol) Mindstorms244 and SapientSnail. Both have quite a few games that show artistic ability, knowledge, and good programing. SapientSnail even has a game with over 2400 scripts! They're both great friends, and awesome scratchers, so I think they deserve a little more attention. :]
